To return an item without a prepaid return label, add postage and mail it via the carrier of your choice. We will receive the product, ensure that it meets our Return Policy, and based off the reason for your request we will process the return. We will let you know the status of your return by phone or E-mail.
If a return does not meet our Return Policy, the item will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We encourage you to review our Return Policy.
