If you are getting an error message or if you are experiencing problems placing an order, read the following suggestions:
Inactivity: If you leave the page stagnant for 15 minutes the page will automatically shut down and any products you had placed in your Shopping Cart will be saved on your Wish List. Go to your Wish List and send the items to My Shopping Cart. The availability of each item will be confirmed again.
Internet connection: Make sure your Internet connection is working properly when you are placing an order so that the system can verify the availability of the products and generate your order number.
Payment error: Make sure you enter the card information without spaces or hyphens. Choose the type of card and enter the correct expiration date. If you are using a new card, confirm with your bank if it has been activated before you use it as a form of payment.
Shipping address: We confirm the zip code to make sure delivery is available in that area. If you do not know your zip code or you want to make sure you have the correct one, you can go to XXX.
Technical problem: Sometimes the browser or the website experiences temporary problems. We recommend that you close your session and try again later.
